I am a Naturopathic Doctor and women’s health advocate. I have a passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, I’m on a mission to empower women to navigate this phase of life with grace and confidence.
I am the co-owner of Durham Natural Health Centre, a wellness clinic located in Ajax, Ontario. I started my studies with a degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, followed by naturopathic school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I graduated in 2011. Fast forward 13 years, and I’m still (and maybe even more so now!) passionate as ever about helping women feel their best.
I am a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and recently completed a fellowship in menopause care with the Confident Clinician. I have a passion for learning and am committed to providing the highest level of care to my patients. Beyond the clinic, I love sharing my knowledge as a public speaker and educator, shedding light on all things perimenopause and menopause.
